I am a fully trained counsellor with many years experience since qualifying with a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling (Cognitive Behavioural) in 2008 from The University of Wales. I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and I adhere to their code of practice. I specialise in helping people with alcohol and drug addictions, depression and anxiety and I offer professional support and advice for many other areas listed below. I have also worked with clients with mental health, substance and alcohol abuse and numerous other conditions at Cardiff MIND and at the Pen Yr Enfys Drug and Alcohol Centre in Cardiff.

I attend a continual programme of clinical supervision and development.

I offer one to one non-judgemental, empathic counselling where clients, aged 18 and over, can discuss their concerns freely and openly in a friendly, safe and confidential environment.
